You must be at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher, or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research institution, to use this site or place an order.

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only (RUO). They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, ingestion, injection, or any clinical, diagnostic, or household application, and they are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices.

By placing an order you affirm that you are acquiring the products for lawful laboratory research only, that you are qualified to handle and store them safely, and that you will not use, label, or resell them for any human or veterinary purpose.

Product listings, purity figures, and analytical data are provided for laboratory reference only. Purity and identity figures are those reported by the manufacturer on the Certificate of Analysis.

We work to keep listings, pricing, and stock accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are complete, current, or error-free, and we may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, or scientific advice, and no statement on this site is a representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals.

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify research-use eligibility, where an order appears intended for a prohibited use, or where shipment is restricted at your destination.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees. If we cancel an accepted order, our sole obligation is to refund amounts you paid for the cancelled items.

Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. Order totals are quoted in U.S. dollars at checkout.

We do not collect or store your card, wallet, or payment credentials. Your use of the payment provider is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Shipping, handling, and destination restrictions are described in our Shipping Restrictions page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

You are responsible for confirming that ordering and receiving a given product is lawful at your destination before you place an order.

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns page. Because of the nature of these products, returns are limited.

You may not use any product for human or veterinary purposes; ingest, inject, or administer any product to any person or animal; resell or distribute any product in violation of law; remove or alter labeling; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

You may not misrepresent your identity, eligibility, or intended use, or use the site to circumvent destination restrictions. Violation may lead to order cancellation, refusal of future orders, and account termination.

The site, including its text, graphics, product imagery, and layout, is owned by Apexia or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission, except for ordinary use of the site to place an order.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. See also our Laboratory Disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apexia and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or harm arising from the handling, storage, use, or disposal of the products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apexia, its affiliates, and their personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
